- CentreStack Server Side Fixes and Enhancements:
- Administrator can now allow users within the same tenant to access certain tenant configurations. To enable this feature, edit the root\web.config file under the CentreStack installation folder (default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Gladinet Cloud Enterprise). Add <add key="ShowRolePermissions" value="true" /> in the appSettings section and save the file. Once the setting is enabled, create a new role. The role definition page will display a 'Permissions' tab, listing configurations the role can query, such as Team Folders, Users, and Groups. Users assigned to this role will be able to view these configurations in the management console.
- Ensured that when the setting 'Do not show file icon preview if the file size is larger than' is set to 0, no icon previews are displayed on the web portal.
- Added a new notification setting under Daily Notification Email settings in Settings > Notifications. The setting 'Notify the users who are within 90% of their storage quota limit' will send a daily email to users whose private data has reached 90% of their storage quota.
- To reduce performance impact, when file change is selected in daily notification emails, only the top 500 file change logs will be sent. To adjust this limit, add <add key="NumEventsForNotificationEmail" value="1500" /> in the appSettings section of the Centrestack installation folder\monitor\GladinetCloudMonitor.exe.config. Restart the Gladinet Cloud Monitoring service to apply the new limit.
