It is recommended that you install CentreStack on a clean server to avoid conflicts with other existing applications.
The installer program will check the target system and install the pre-requisite components automatically
Download Installation GUI Tool (1182.57KB) for release 15.9.10269.56136. The web installer will install CentreStack with required components.
The web installer can also take care of CentreStack upgrade. It detects the existing installation and upgrades it to the latest release.

If you want to upgrade manually without running the installation program, you can download the Upgrade Package. Please follow the instructions to use DOS' xcopy command to apply the upgrade.
The Standalone Installation Package contains all the required 3rd party software. It can be used for both installation and upgrades. Just download the .iso package, mount it as CD-ROM and run installEntGui.exe there. This package is useful for isolated environments.

It is recommended that users download the Desktop Clients/Server Agents from within the web portal to ensure that they are using the correct version that is compatible with your web portal. The latest Desktop Clients/Server Agent are already included with the CentreStack web installer, upgrade, or standalone packages.
Warning: You may download the Desktop Clients/Server Agents packages from the links below, but they may not work correctly if they are of a different version than the one designed for your CentreStack installation.
You may download the Desktop Client/Server Agent and replace it on your current installation without upgrading the whole CentreStack package. Copy the new Desktop Client/Server Agent under the CentreStack installation folder, under a folder called portal\Pkgs. Windows Clients are stored in a folder called "TeamClient," the Server Agent is stored in a folder called "CloudServer," and the Mac Client is stored in a folder called "Mac." For the Mac client only, you will need to change the file extension to .zip (no need to compress the file, just change the name). Please do not make any other changes to any other file names.
This package Client Version Manager, and then click on the "Publish" button on each of the sub-tabs. Customers who have branded Desktop Clients/Server Agents should contact us to obtain the branded upgraded packages.
Some windows 7 machines cannot recognize the new file driver that was digitally signed with SHA256. Those machines will generate a drive-mount error when you try to start the Windows Client. For such machines, please replace the installed file driver (in C:\Windows\System 32\drivers) with the file driver that was digitally signed with SHA1.
